These are way better than the frozen pizza rolls you buy at the store. They cost less in the long run and you get more.
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup pizza sauce or leftover spghetti sauce
1 cup shredded or grated mozzerella cheese
pepperoni slices
Instructions:
Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured area. Cut out 3 inch circles (use a cookie cutter or glass turned upside down) Place a dollop of sauce in the center of each circle. Add some cheese and a slice or two of pepperoni. Wrap dough up around the filling and pinch shut. Line up on cookie sheet with the “seam” down. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 – 18 minutes until golden brown. These are a fun movie night or slumber party snack that the kids can help make.
