In What Way Can A Blog Be Good For My Business?

It isn’t long after you start your business before you hear people begin to tell you, it’s a good idea to get a blog started. Unfortunately, some times people don’t tell you why or are only able to give you a sketchy idea why. How is blogging why. How is blogging helpful to your business, particularly if the business is offline or when you are a service provider, like a belly dancer who belly dancer who performs at private functions for example.
Here are some ways having a blog could help generate more interest, leads or bookings.
It Exhibits Your Expertise
It is alright to put up videos and pictures on web pages to show others what yo to show others what you can do for them, but I’ll bet you have more and newer videos and snap shots. Also, some orders are unique. These are all good reasons to show off and what better way than to use blog because it is so easy to update. A belly dancer can display videos where a client has requested something unique which forced her to think outside the box and come up with some creative choreography.
It Can Demonstrate How You Will Solve Client Problems
You know the old saying, people buy solutions, not productions, not products or services. You can explain this on a regular web page but on a blog, it all becomes more believable, more tangible.
It Shows You Are Actively Using Your Skills
If you are currently working with clients, any post you make about your job is a good testimonial. It shows that there are people who already trust you to do what you claim you will do. Better still if your customer can contribute to your blog or allow you to quote them.
You Can Get To Know Your Prospects And They Get To Know You
This is true particularly when you offer a service because people usually want to work with others whom they can get along with. Because a blog is interactive, through the comments people can begin to experience you and get a feel of how the company handles their customers.
It Can Help Increase Website Traffic
When you write good, content that is relevant and also promote it, people will take notice. When they do, they are more likely to share it on their own blog and their social networks and even decide to email it to their newsletter subscribers. All good ways to get fresh traffic.
It Can Reduce The Need To Answer Questions Over And Over
There are questions in every business that people tend to ask again and again. Whenever you answer these questions on your blog, you help your prospects out by giving them the information they are seeking, you plant the seed of trust, you add fresh content to your website, stuff that search engines and people alike love. And finally, you reduce your work because now you don’t have to type your answer again and again.
Blogging can be a quite rewarding. The down side is, starting one can be somewhat of a big learning curve if you are pretty new to web publishing or feel you will fare better with technical stuff when you have some help. True, you can hire someone. At the same time, knowing the basics isn’t such a bad thing because it reduces your reliance on others when you need something simple done. You don’t have to go at it alone. There are resources you might want to check out, like the Blogging Starter Pack.
It is like having a tutor to guide you step by step in getting your blog up and running.

Q&A with PLR Guru, Ronnie Nijmeh

A Question and Answer Session on PLR.me
I grilled Ronnie Nijmeh of PLR.me to reveal his secrets of his success marketing online using the underground tool known as “PLR.”
Read the interview below.
Q: What is PLR?
A: PLR
stands for private label rights. In the case of PLR content, PLR gives
someone the right to use content royalty-free without attributing any
copyrights.
The way this works is simple: PLR.me creates the
content and then, for a very low monthly fee, members are free to use
the content as they see fit. In fact, they are even allowed to rewrite,
rename, or rework the content as they wish.
It’s a great
concept that fits the schedule of the busy webmaster or coach who just
doesn’t have the time to develop his or her website quickly with the
least amount of effort.
Q: Why is PLR a good idea?
A: PLR is a good idea because it will allow you to cut costs and save time.
I mean, let’s think about this…
If
you’re currently spending a lot of time creating your content, these
are precious hours that you could be focusing on building your business
and establishing relationships and joint ventures. Time is money and if
you’re spending half your month just writing content, then your
business can’t grow. Sorry, but it can’t.
On the flip side, if
you’ve been working with a freelance writing team, chances are you’re
paying far too much for your content. It’s not cheap to have good
quality content created for you. It takes time to do the keyword
research, writing, editing, search engine optimization, and graphics
design.
So PLR was created as the best alternative to doing it
yourself or outsourcing. PLR.me content is ready to use and costs you
pennies on the dollar, so you can build both a great site and a
profitable business.
Q: How can you use PLR content?
A: The
uses of PLR content are virtually limitless. It all depends on your
creativity, time, and effort. Some things you can do with the PLR
content from PLR.me include:
- Posting the content on your blog or website
- Creating eBooks for sale or as a bonus
- Creating videos, tutorials or podcasts
- Using the content in email newsletters
- Having an instant product line-up without the hard work or effort
- Using the content as a base without having to start from scratch
- And more!
There really isn’t a limit as to what you can do with the PLR content. If you can dream it you can do it!
Q: Why should I use PLR content instead of writing it myself or outsourcing?
A:
It’s simple; PLR content is cheaper, faster, and, if it’s good stuff
like what I offer at PLR.me, it will exceed your capabilities. Why?
Because we’ve mobilized an incredible team of researchers, writers,
editors, designers, and programmers who are working for you. We can
save you precious time and money in the process.
Q: With the state of the economy why should I be investing in PLR content now?
A: Whether
the economy is booming or busting, you need to continue to invest in
your business if you want it to grow. Let’s be honest, if you want to
have every chance to succeed, you can’t retreat and hide in a cave for
the next few years. You either work harder, work smarter, pay up or
give up.
I’m an advocate of working smarter, not harder. And
instead of paying outsourcers high prices or giving up on your dream
business… there’s a better way.
PLR content is what successful business owners use to boost their traffic and profits quickly and easily.
Q: How much does the PLR content from PLR.me cost?
A: First
you should know what you are getting. Each month you’re a member you’ll
receive more than 80+ pages of content to use on your site; things like
articles, personal reflections, inspirational wallpapers, worksheets,
checklists, ebooks and so on.
You’ll also receive bonuses such
as a website analysis review where I’ll personally check out your site
and give you a detailed 5+ page PDF that gives you the
honest-to-goodness truth about your site. What you need to do to
maximize your traffic and profits.
Plus, as a PLR.me member, you
get exclusive access to our monthly Mastermind Calls. Here we’ll
discuss the latest trends and strategies to boost your site in the
search engines, increase your conversion rates, and so on. This alone
is priceless since one tip can literally make you thousands.
You
get all of this and a bunch of high quality bonuses for just $19 for
the first 30 days and then after that it’s only $97 a month. All of
this content is well worth the regular price considering how much it
will help you boost traffic and revenue. People pay $97+ just for a
mastermind call without all the high quality PLR materials.
If you’re serious about saving time and making money online, then you owe it to yourself to check out PLR.me.
Top 10 Reasons Why The Mom Market Rocks
June 2, 2009 by Laurie Stasiuk
Filed under Internet Marketing, Uncategorized, Website
Did you know that companies are spending billions of dollars every year marketing their products to Moms? If you’re in the Mom market yourself, you know you’re in the right place. If not, then why aren’t you?
Services like Mom PLR eBooks make it easy for you to tap into this market, too. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of room, as you’ll see in our Top 10 reasons why the Mom market rocks:
1. Moms make up a huge market. There are over 80 million Moms in the United States, with 1.4 million new Moms giving birth for the first time every year (US Census).
2. Moms send a lot of money. Moms spend $1.3 trillion every year (Marketing to Moms by Maria T. Bailey, 2002). Have I mentioned the Mom market is huge?
3. Moms make a lot of buying decisions for their homes and families. Moms account for about 50% of spending on consumer electronics, food, health and beauty aids, home furnishings, and clothing (MRI, 2004). If you’re still looking for products to promote to the Mommy market, let this guide you.
4. Moms are web savvy. About 70% of Moms surveyed say they use the Internet to research before buying products (Marketing to Moms, 2002).
5. Moms like to shop online. The majority of Moms say they buy products online (Marketing to Moms, 2002). I told you, you’re in the right place. Internet marketing is the way to go!
6. Moms read their Email. Moms check their Email messages all day long (Lucid Marketing & BSM Media). Whoever said Email marketing was dead, was wrong.
7. Moms take Email messages to heart. 71% of Moms say their buying decisions are influenced by Email messages (Lucid Marketing & BSM Media). Not only do Moms read your Emails, they act on them, too.
8. Moms make things go viral. 80% of Moms say they forward useful Emails to their friends (Lucid Marketing & BSM Media 2004). So make your Emails useful!
9. Moms buy, not only for their spouses/partners and children, but for their parents as well. Up to 40% of Moms reportedly are involved in purchases for their aging parents (Marketing to Moms Coalition, 2007). This is a wonderful insight – let’s remember that Moms are somebody’s children, too.
10. Moms rely on their communities or tribes. 64% of Moms say the recommendations of others influence purchases they make for their home (Marketing to Moms, 2002).
Moms are the chief financial officers of their homes (and many have their own businesses as well). They buy a lot of stuff, both online and offline. They rely on other people to make up their minds about what to buy, and they appreciate getting really useful information that makes their lives easier.
What’s the take-away lesson for marketers here? You better be marketing to Moms and you better be doing it properly. Moms are craving useful information – are you providing it? Moms PLR eBooks can help you give Moms the content that they’re looking for online. You’ll get high-quality content written just for Moms, to use in your websites, infoproducts, Emails and more. Use coupon code “momsrule” (without quotation marks) to get $10 off your first month of membership.
Give Moms content and products they love and they’ll spread the word for you. Moms ROCK!

What You Need For a Great & Profitable Website

Whether you’ve been an internet entrepreneur for quite some time or are just getting into the world of online business there are a few things that every business website must have to both attract and keep customers.
A Memorable Customer Experience
One of the most important aspects of owning an online store is your customer experience. To the customer that means being able to find all of the information they need to make a purchasing decision.
For example, FAQ pages, easy to calculate shipping charges, and product descriptions.
For many customers, it also means feeling a sense of connection to the store. Frequent buyer programs help create that sense of community, however free content, superior customer service, a fun and friendly ‘about us’ page as well as unified branding images like your logo, all help to tell customers who you are and what you’re about.
Article Management And CMS
For business owners, in order to provide your customers and visitors with a fabulous experience a CMS, content management system or article management system will make providing valuable content quick and easy.
A CMS enables the user to manage the creation, modification, and removal of content from a Web site without needing the expertise of a Webmaster. This means you don’t need to know any programming language to create your website. You can create, schedule, edit and remove pages without spending hours modifying HTML.
Secure, Easy To Use Shopping Cart
If you’re losing customers at checkout, part of the problem may be your shopping cart system. There’s nothing more frustrating than a system which drops items, makes you jump through hoops and doesn’t provide all the payment and cost information right up front. An integral aspect to a customer friendly and therefore profitable website is a secure and easy to use checkout system.
For business owners a good shopping cart system will manage your data, produce real time reports and not cost an arm and a leg.
Easy Navigation
One great feature for customers is the ability to search a site for a specific item or keyword.
For example, imagine you’re visiting a pet store and you need to buy a coat to keep your pooch warm during the cold winter months. Rather than having to search through pages and pages of items, having the ability to search for “dog coats” enhances your shopping experience
As a business owner, providing this feature to your visitors will be well appreciated. It enhances their shopping experience and reporting functions provide you with valuable visitor information.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
When building a profitable online business SEO plays a very important role in driving website traffic and sales. A key feature for a website builder is an easy SEO system which makes linking, content, and keyword tagging including meta and alt tags a straightforward process.
A sitemap feature is also a huge benefit when it comes to SEO. Sitemaps inform search engines about pages on your sites that are available for crawling. This helps increase your page rank and traffic.
Branding
In the competitive world of online business, your branding strategy can certainly help set you apart from your competition. While a logo is important, think about the Nike swish or the colorful eBay lettering, for a small business owner your personality is a large part of your brand. Your personality can be reflected in the content and design on your website.
Many website building tools are difficult to navigate, have a steep learning curve and make it extremely difficult to get the look and feel you want to convey. A profitable website, one which provides customers a memorable and enjoyable experience, isn’t impossible to create. You just need the right tools and to know what you want the end result to be.
Make your content management as simple as point and click with the Easy Boutique Builder Angie Sandy proudly provides simple and cost-effective options for website owners. There is no HTML required, search engine optimization is a snap and you can add your own products with the built-in shopping cart. Try the site builder demo today.
Marketing to Digital Moms: How To Reach Out To Today’s Tech- Savvy Moms
April 13, 2009 by Laurie Stasiuk
Filed under Breaking News, Uncategorized, Website
Gone are the days when the word “Mom” conjures images of a female who cannot operate the video recorder or navigate her way through the latest videogame, and only switches on the computer to send an email to Grandma.
According to a study published in 2009 by Razorfish and Cafemom, up to 27 million (84%) of Moms online are tech savvy. They use Web 2.0 platforms and shop online. In fact, they use communication technology and social media to connect with others, find advice and information, express themselves, do research on products they’re interested in, and simplify their multi-tasking lives.
“Digital Moms” have become so dominant on the Internet that the researchers concluded they are not a niche, but are rather the mainstream.
If you aren’t reaching out to digital Moms online yet, you might just be missing out on a significant market. Consider these numbers from the United States Census Bureau:
- Women control 80% of household spending. Even if they earn only a part or none of the total household income, women determine how much of the household income will be spent.
- Women do 60% of online shopping. Women do a lot of research online before making a purchase and actually make up more than half of online shoppers.
- Women buy 81% of all products and services. Women shop not only for themselves, but also for the home, family members, gifts for friends, teachers and associates.
The problem is, many online businesses just don’t seem to know what to do when it comes to marketing to digital Moms.
They make the mistake of treating all Moms online as if they all had the same needs and reasons for using the Internet.
Not true, according to the Razorfish/Cafemom report. For example, younger Moms tend to be more comfortable with social networking and mobile surfing. On the other hand, Moms 45 years old and above gravitate more towards online news, product reviews and podcasting.
What is the best way to reach out to today’s digital Moms?
Here are three tips:
- Provide relevant content. Some of the online Mom’s interests depend on what life stage she is in. For instance, digital Moms with young children naturally look online for information about parenting and child health. But there are topics that most digital Moms are interested in, no matter how old their children are. These include fashion and cooking.
Mom PLR Ebooks provides regular private label rights content just for Moms. For a monthly supply of PLR recipes and product reviews, check out the “All Mom Content” package of All Private Label Content.
- Be present in the channels digital Moms are using. Again according to the Razorfish/Cafemom study, more than half of digital Moms use email, search engines, social networks, gaming and online news. Emerging channels used by about one- third of digital Moms include online videos, consumer reviews and blogs.
Aside from PLR Ebooks, your monthly subscription to Mom PLR Ebooks includes a 5-day Ecourse and 26 newsletter topic ideas – perfect for digital Moms who use Email everyday. If you’re interested in providing consumer reviews, All Private Label Content includes 10 product profiles reviews every month.
- Know the particular needs, interests and online habits of your Mom audience. Digital Moms have varying needs and surfing behaviors, depending on their age and their children’s ages. The best way to accurately understand your particular Mom audience is to listen to them. Ask your list subscribers what their concerns are. Conduct your own surveys. Hang out in Mommy forums. Pay attention.
The majority of mothers online are digital Moms. They are tech savvy, smart consumers who make informed decisions when shopping online. They’re also online for social networking and even gaming. But they have varying needs depending on their life stage and their children’s ages. To market effectively to digital Moms, you need to give them what they’re looking for online, be where they are, and pay attention to their needs. Take care of digital Moms and you’ll have a profitable online business.

Perks:
- Membership is limited to 500 members to reduce competition.
- 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Membership can be cancelled any time.
Thoughts:
If you’ve ever tried a few PLR membership sites, one thing becomes clear – not all the memberships are created equal. Many memberships contain nonsensical garbage content that is clearly created by someone without a full understanding of English, but that does NOT happen with All Finance Content. The quality is always good and the content is very useful for sites that provide financial advice and tips to their users.
The content is useful for generating leads for businesses who sell their own finance-related products and services. It can also be used by website owners who sell products through affiliate programs, use contextual advertising and even sell ads on their own websites.
The content can completely edited or used as is. It is up to the members preference. It can be added to blogs, websites, information products for sale or given away. One thing the membership doesn’t allow is to give rights to other people to use or sell the content. The one exception to that rule is you are allowed to provide the content to your affiliates who publish the content to promote your products and without making any changes.
Overall, the value is very good and because new content keeps coming every month, it pushes you to keep your website fresh with content on a regular basis.

Keep Your Blog Readers Coming Back For More With Yummy Content

Are you looking for a fast way to add appeal to your blog? Try adding recipes! It’s an easy way to add content that people will “eat up”. Everyone eats and most people cook, at least a little bit. But, how do you get recipes that you can use on your blog? There are numerous places to find recipes and I’ll give you a few ideas in just a bit, but first let’s discuss some legalese.
Recipes are not public domain. There are copyright laws that apply to recipes, especially the directions/instructions and collections. I recommend that you check google for “recipe copyright” to read the full story. Basically it states that recipes can be copyrighted, so you can’t just copy and paste them or type from a cookbook. That being stated, there are other (much easier) ways to get recipes that you can use on your blog.
So, what are the other ways to find recipes that you can use?
Your Own Recipes
We all have recipes that we make on a regular basis at home. Maybe a favorite dish that is easy to make and everyone loves? Do you have a specialty? Or just a handful of favorite dishes?
If so, type them into your blog. They are yours to do with as you wish. Anything that you pull directly from your own head — is free to use on your blog.
Aunts, Grandma & Friends
Do you have a collection of your mother’s or your grandmother’s recipes? How about your favorite aunt?
Ask your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to contribute their favorite recipes to your collection.
Find a Ghostwriter
The second method that I’d like to share is to hire a ghostwriter to write articles for you. Now, many people don’t think about using a ghostwriter in this way, but it can certainly save you much time — that you could spend in other ways.
PLR Recipes
I’ve saved the best for last. My favorite way to get recipes for your blog is to buy PLR or private label rights recipes for your use. Why do I love PLR so much?
You don’t have to stress your brain trying to come up with all the recipes yourself.
You don’t have to pay someone else to write them for you.
You can edit the recipes as much or as little as you’d like.
You can use and reuse the recipes as much as you’d like. You can even compile them into a downloadable cookbook that you can sell from your site.
You can buy PLR very cheap. Some PLR services sell their recipes and food articles for under $1.
Of course, every PLR site has its own rules so be sure to read them before you buy.
A final tip: I recommend that you edit your PLR recipes so they are unique. Some ways to do this are:
Rewrite the directions.
Change the title.
Give the reader some additional tips. Maybe a favorite side disk or a way to speed up the preparation.
Now that you know how easy it is to add recipes to your blog, you can get started right away. Your blog will go from bare to bountiful.
Get yummy PLR recipes every month. Simply compile them and Viola! You’ll have a ready to sell cookbook that you can sell from your blog. Need a way to make more with your blog? Check out the Menu Planning Affiliate Program
